"This 2 days I was constantly thinking post it or no. But I have so much pain, every time I look into mirror. My hair was damaged. After long consideration of review in Google maps of all salons, I decided to make my hair pretty for New Year in Valencia. So, after 1 weeks of thinking I decided to visit this salon. I went there personally with my family( 2 kids and husband) to clarify what I want and to understand if salon can help to achieve my desired result. Woman on reception told me. They can do it. When I asked how much it will cost. She started to asked my name and phone number to schedule appointment. After that asked to do prepayment 50 euro. I had so remind her my question. To which clearly I didn’t receive answer. And it’s understandable, because nobody even looks the length of my hair, didn’t ask if I have natural hair or no. Administration also told me that it will take around 2,5 hours. On a day of my appointment I was in hurry to get in time, because with 2 kids there is never free time, but I don’t want to be late …but had to wait 35 min until we started. When I asked hairdresser: I still have about 2,5hours free, how we will be able to do balayage, do hair cut and hair style. Because I know normally it’s about 4h. He told me: It’s okay. Other hairdresser (woman) told me : you will leave in 2 hours. No worry.This answer scared me. When I asked why they didn’t inform me that appointment will be later, because they have my number, answer was: we was not able to reach you via WhatsApp 😏 So, I showed 4 pics. Side, back and in front. Process started. As this is not first time I’m doing balayage, I saw from beginning the technique which they use in very different. So I asked if master understands what to do. She says yes. After drying hair I see instead of blond, yellow hair and it is absolutely not what I wanted . I tell it to hairdresser again and again. After each time answers changes Answers: 1. When we will dry it- will be different. 2. When we will style it it will be different 3. When you will go to sunlight, it will be different 4 When you will wash it few times it will be different. I tried to hold my tears, but it didn’t work. My family returned. I’m in tears. We decided redo it. This time did Juanvi himself. During the process he told me: next time tell that you want highlights not balayage. That was it. I understood it is end, coz I do balayage more than 7 years already. I still had some hope that it will be fixed . But after this words… What I wanted and what I have you can see on pictures . And of course this 5 h of pleasure took all my Christmas mood."

"Very professional salon, very nice hairdresser's, especially Natalia! Very sweet woman and definitely knows what she is doing! When we started bleaching my grown out roots, it first turned a bit orange. Even though they were closing soon, they all tried to get my hair more to blonde. Natalia worked on my hair for an hour after closing time to get my hair back on track and it turned out even better then i expected! Definitely coming back here whenever I go to Valencia and need to touch up my roots again!"
