He's not pretentious, doesn't try to impress you with empty words or exorbitant prices… he simply does his job, and he does it very well. I left thrilled with the result, exactly what I wanted (or even better!). You can tell when someone has a knack for it, good taste, and experience, but also when they treat people with honesty.
