"I'm new to Córdoba and asked around at many places for a good hair salon that did good highlights because I'm getting married in a few months and didn't want to take any risks. I've always had highlights, so I know what I'm talking about. El Guapo Habla was the most frequently mentioned, so I trusted them. I arrived at the salon and the truth is, the service was excellent and the hairdresser who attended to me was a sweetheart and a charming person. I showed him a picture of what I wanted. I have light brown hair and wanted subtle, "golden" highlights all over my hair. He, who in theory understood my idea (at least that's what he said and it gave me a lot of confidence), got to work. 1. He bleached my hair but didn't tone it, so it doesn't have the golden tone I wanted, but rather a strange gold color that will turn orange because I didn't use a toner (he himself told me that this could happen over time, but that it was normal and that I could get the color touched up). 2. He did a terrible job, not just badly, but awfully. He didn't dye all of my hair; he left some areas untouched, so it looks really weird, and the bottom is completely dark. I wanted subtle highlights... Above all, he focused a lot on the top part and didn't dye anything underneath, so now I have dark hair on the inside and dyed hair on the outside. 3. It's not even close to what I asked for. First, he styled my hair, then bleached it, and washed it. I was there for no more than two hours (????), when normally it takes at least three because of all the work involved. I feel like they did a shoddy job and rushed it. On top of that, I BEGGED him, I was super insistent that I didn't want it to look like a barcode, and he told me, "Don't worry, we'll tone it." NOTHING. He didn't tone it at all. So, here I am. 4. That's 90 euros down the drain because now I'll have to go to another hairdresser to fix this mess they left me with, because I'm not showing up at my wedding with this hair. 5. The stylist politely insisted on styling my hair that day because, according to him, "the highlights would be more noticeable." Thank goodness I said no, because if he'd seen me like this right then and there, I would have been furious. 6. Can someone tell me if these highlights are done well because, honestly, I don't think so. There's no uniformity, white streaks, and an awful contrast (like a barcode) that I asked them to avoid. As the days go by, I'm getting more and more frustrated because I'm not seeing the result I asked for, and it makes me so sad to have to try to fix this now so I look decent on my wedding day. Every day I look in the mirror, I feel like crying. PS: If I move my part even slightly, you can see the color imbalance because they didn't apply the dye there. Just look at the photo. Besides, it's made one side of my hair much blonder than the other."

He makes it a great experience, chats with him, laughs with him, and has impeccable service. Besides making him look incredibly handsome, he perfectly captured the style I was looking for and the cut I've always wanted for my son. I recommend him 100%."
