"Horrible experience. €104 for what was supposed to be a hair coloring or toning service plus highlights, but it left me with a color much lighter than mine, very similar to the highlights. I told them and they wouldn't admit their mistake. I won't be going back; I'd rather do it at home."

"I went for my first pedicure, and I have nothing good to say about it. €40 for a botched pedicure. After four days, the polish chipped off one nail (as you can see in the photo), and it chipped off in pieces on others. When I went back 14 days later (since I was on vacation), they offered no solution, only telling me to come back in 10 days to have them redone. When I asked how to remove the remaining polish, they tried to sell me a kit for it. Seriously? My permanent toenail polish usually lasts almost two months. Anyway, I know where not to go. My rating is 0 out of 10. Zero stars."

"Quite disappointed. I went to get highlights on my virgin hair (I was terrified they'd touch it, but I trusted them) and they did them in a huge rush (I won't name names) and the bleaching was uneven and poorly blended at the roots, so some of the highlights were a disaster. I had to go back to get it fixed, and it improved somewhat, but it's still not good. I'm leaving this review because what bothers me is the lack of critical thinking when all you need to do is look at the facts. Saying things like, "Since it's long hair, it'll never be even" or "That section looks bad on you." Well, me and everyone who saw me... It's a shame because the girls are nice and hardworking, and I thought I'd finally found my hairdresser, but no. *I'm editing my review after reading the shop's response* I wish I hadn't deleted the photos my sister took of your botched job because no one would ever color their hair with you again, unless they were already a customer. Obviously, they fixed it, but there were cuts in my hair, like I had a zebra crossing. How arrogant to say you warned me about that when you absolutely didn't! What's wrong with having long hair? Is it impossible to do even highlights? The "fix" you did was completely useless except a waste of my time, and you still tried to charge me? Shame on you! It was Saturday at midday, and you clearly wanted to close up shop, and my poor hair paid the price. I wouldn't have left a negative review if the problem had been resolved with humility and understanding, because we're all human, but wow!"

"I went today for the first time with my hair, which had four different colors (including reddish tones) and was a complete mess. After they gave me highlights and a color gloss to the rest of my hair, it looked brand new. I'm super happy with the result, and the price was good too. They do excellent work and are very friendly, and the result was incredible—better than I expected."
