"I asked for a beachy wave perm, insisting that I didn't want curls as they don't suit me. I wanted beachy waves; I couldn't have been more specific. They left my hair looking like an afro. The curls were very tight and tight with a lot of volume at the roots. The perm rods were too small, they applied more tension at the top than at the bottom, and they left the product in my hair for far too long. In fact, the stylist's colleagues had to remove it because she was busy with another client. I asked if it was a problem getting it done since my hair had been dyed a few weeks prior. They said no, and now a lot of hair is falling out, so I can't fix the color that the perm itself ruined for fear of making things worse. I asked for a haircut before the perm, and the stylist wanted to do it afterward, claiming it was better that way, but that's not true. The truth is, perms are more expensive on longer hair. The care instructions they gave me weren't for what I asked for; they were for curly hair. The same goes for the drying technique, and the gel they sold me isn't for waves, it's for curls because it's too strong and would only make my hair curlier. Over 100 euros to ruin my dye, damage my hair, and do something I didn't ask for, even though I specified several times what I wanted and didn't want. They ripped me off by cutting my hair beforehand and selling me a product that's unsuitable for me, all to make more money. Looking at the prices for each service on the salon's website, what they charged me doesn't add up at all. At most, based on those prices, they should have charged me 60 euros for a medium-length perm and a haircut, plus 11 euros for the styling gel. The numbers just don't add up. Three and a half hours at the salon for them to ruin my hair and rip me off. I feel sorry for the salon owner and the rest of the staff, who aren't to blame for the incompetence of the person who attended to me. The girl who had her hair done before me looked gorgeous (her hair was exactly how I wanted it); in fact, they took photos of her for social media. Of course, they didn't do anything for me, given how badly my hair was styled. It's important to listen to customers and not just do what's easiest and most profitable, because in the end, you only end up making the whole team of hairdressers and the owner look bad. This review isn't meant as a hate comment, but rather a warning so that they don't do the same thing to anyone else."

"These were the worst highlights I've ever had. I have very long, dyed hair, so it's not an easy base to work with. Before getting the highlights, I told them: if it's going to turn orange, have an uneven tone, or cause my hair to break, don't do it. Well, it was worse; they couldn't do it. After 8 hours at the salon, I left looking worse than when I arrived. A girl who was swamped with work and was being trained on how to do balayage did them. They left the bleach on for too long, resulting in split ends. The highlights are poorly done, with thick strands that aren't highlighted at all, and the color isn't blended. I have 3-4 different shades in my hair: one leaning towards copper, another white, another vanilla, and another wheat blonde. They had to tone it twice and do more highlights after drying my hair, but the poorly blended strands and uneven colors are still there. Even the owner and her colleagues admitted to each other that it was a botched job. I went back four days later, and instead of taking responsibility for the poor highlights, they said they looked good enough, that they'd warned me I'd need more sessions (a lie; they told me that when the bleach was already starting to lift, not before). The result, aside from how badly done they are, is that my hair is now split and dry. I've spent €120 on highlights that are a disaster, almost €40 on separate masks to maintain and restore my hair's health, and over €30 on a color gloss to cover the highlights a week later. The worst part is that they want to wash their hands of it instead of apologizing for ruining my hair. I know they have great photos and work on Instagram, but I have a feeling those are just the ones the owner and one other woman who works there do."
