Javier seemed like a great professional because as soon as I stammered out what kind of haircut I wanted, he showed me a picture that was exactly what I envisioned. He nailed it perfectly. He's a good professional and a very lively conversationalist, even though we didn't know each other. The service is very friendly. The only downside I can mention is that access for people with reduced mobility, like myself, isn't easy, although Javier offered to help me at every opportunity. I hope to keep going to this salon for many, many years to come."
