"The first haircut they gave me—here's a picture—I asked them to fix it, and they did. But now when I make an appointment, they tell me they won't cut my hair anymore because I'm too demanding. Where do they tell you that? As if it were free and they were doing me a favor. My friend, if you're going to charge more than other shops, at least provide the service the customer expects. This has never happened to me before, and I've been getting my hair cut at other, more traditional shops for about six years. If you're going to charge what you demand, at least let me demand a haircut the way I want it."

"Because you're forced to give one star just for the sake of giving something. If you send him a picture of the cut, he says "medium fade" because it suits me. The result: he gives me a bad, clumsy, cadet-style cut because he tries to fix it with that fade, and he makes me bleed in the process. This hairdresser is either out of touch with modern cuts or doesn't understand the Spanish required for what he's asked for. He lacked tact with the client because hair is essential to a person, and he ruined mine. I don't recommend him. I won't be going back."

"As soon as I arrived, I started hearing shouting, and there were dogs running loose in the salon. It was a complete mess, with hardly any room to sit and wait. As for the haircut itself, it was interrupted several times by people shouting on their phones. Furthermore, the customer service was nonexistent. The hairdressers were distracted during the cut, cutting half-heartedly and quickly without any care, often causing damage. They also failed to deliver the cut you requested, leaving you with uneven patches and hair that was too short, and they didn't even finish it properly. In short, I absolutely do not recommend this place, and I hope no one else has to endure what I did after that awful haircut."

"They're fantastic. They're the go-to hairdressers. I've been getting my hair cut by these guys for 25 years. From my wedding day until now. They're so friendly and have such a great sense of humor.
