"The cut was fine, but they asked if they would dry my hair (mind you: dry, not style it; it wasn't a blowout or anything like that). Since it was 3 degrees Celsius outside, I said, "Sure, why not?" I figured they'd charge me something extra, but not that it would be as much as the cut itself! The price jumped from 21 to 40 euros. I don't understand why they charge extra when it's so cold outside and my hair is long and soaking wet, and even less why, if they were going to charge me that much, they didn't warn me right away."

"I went a while ago, and I loved the haircut, but when they charged me, I saw they'd added a €15 treatment I hadn't asked for. It was a hair mask, and considering the application time and function, I assume they just applied a mask but charged me for a treatment. It really bothers me that I can't go back because they were very friendly and the haircut was great, but... they lost a customer for life just to make €15."

On the other hand, €17 and change for a men's haircut with nothing special (just a trim) feels like a rip-off. The sign said €12.50 for a size S, €14 for M, and €17 for L, and mine is definitely not L. Edit: OK, everything's clear now. The result was satisfactory. Merry Christmas :)"
