"I went on a friend's recommendation. I was incredibly disappointed when I saw the haircut they were giving me. I insisted on how I wanted it cut, even showing them photos I'd sent, but it was too late. They gave me uneven layers on each side, and the left side looked like it had been hacked off. I left very unhappy, which is a shame, but I won't be going back. The photos show what I asked for and how they ended up with my hair."
