"Waiting time of over 30 minutes despite having a reservation, while the other four customers who came in during my wait were taken care of immediately. The staff didn’t let me know the wait would be that long, and there was no apology either. I told the barber (Darwin) that this waiting time wasn’t normal. The haircut was okay overall, although a few strands were sticking out. For 20 euros, it’s not worth coming back. PS: I had already been once before and had a very good experience with another barber (René)."
