"I live on the West Coast of the US, and yet I regularly plan international travel around my appointments with Kate at UNIT3. I’ve let my roots grow out for far longer than I’d like and happily spent money on transatlantic flights just so Kate can do my hair. That’s how much I trust her. I’ve been seeing Kate for years, and after trying hairdressers in multiple cities and countries, I’ve never found anyone who comes close. She somehow creates the perfect blonde every single time - not too cool, not too warm, not too bright, not too dull. Just effortlessly beautiful and natural. Even better, she keeps my hair healthy, which is why I constantly get compliments on both the color and the length. My boyfriend and I recently agreed that it was worth flying home separately so I could stop in Barcelona for a hair appointment before returning to the US. He wasn’t thrilled about it, but he understood. That’s the level of trust we’re talking about here. Honestly, if airlines allowed hairdressers as carry-on luggage, Kate would already be living in my backpack. Beyond being incredibly talented, she’s also just a wonderful person. Every appointment feels like catching up with a friend who happens to be a master of her craft. She genuinely cares, takes pride in her work, and somehow manages to make every client feel completely at ease. Kate, thank you for years of incredible hair and for setting such an impossibly high standard that you’ve completely ruined every other hairdresser for me. You are worth crossing an ocean for :)"
