"I am a little disappointed following my 2 visits. First time I went they did a balayage. Firstly, it took about 5 -6 hours (longer than any balayage appt I have had previously). I found the appt quite painful, they were not gently with the hairbrush, and also brushed my hair whilst bleach was in it, leading to tons of hair coming out of my head (as well as severe pain). When I left the appt I noticed that the balayage wasn´t really blended at all - it just looked like I had dark roots. I returned a couple months later as they told me I needed this quick follow up appointment to touch up the colours. It turns out I was there for another 4 hours, so it was not a quick appointment. I am not sure what they did with the colour over those 4 hours but I left looking exactly the same. What they did do was a trim - very uneven, and I am having to see another hairdresser to sort it out. They also said I needed a treatment, but did not tell me that this would cost 100 euros. My hair feels no different following the treatment. I am pretty disappointed. I dont have tons of money, and all of this cost close to 600 euros. I feel a bit silly for going back after the first appointment."
