"I went to this (recommended) hair salon to get blonde highlights. A few days later, my hair was a mix of all sorts of tones: bright blonde, gray, black, and orange—everything but the blonde I wanted. The hairdresser who did the highlights told me I'd get the blonde I wanted after a couple more treatments, which turned out to be a lie, since it's impossible to achieve that shade of blonde with my current hair color. Not to mention how much my hair has deteriorated; it's now extremely dry and damaged, much worse than it was before, and the price was outrageous. It was a completely disappointing experience, and above all, a rip-off, a waste of money and time. I definitely do not recommend this salon."

"Once and never again. A completely unpleasant experience from beginning to end. Soapy water dripping on my face during the wash, a haircut and styling done according to the staff's whims. They used more products than advertised. And be warned, if they see a gray hair (even one you know you have), they'll point it out without any tact. Even though the service isn't done properly, they still charge you real money."
