"I went to that hair salon after searching online for one that also does perms… Here's what I wanted, and what they did to me… I specifically told them not to cut my hair; if it needs to be cut, then it will be cut later. But they cut it before I could, without my permission… I went home thinking it would look better after washing it, but it didn't. €160 + I don't want to go out in public with that abomination on my head… I called the next day and she's giving me excuses about how it will look better after a few washes, blah blah blah… It wasn't my first time getting a perm, and I've never ended up like this before… What I wanted were much bigger curls, not an afro… Plus, there was no good communication; she wouldn't tell me how long I'd have to wait for the solution, etc. The woman told me she's been doing perms for many years. How come she didn't know how to use larger rollers to get the curls you see in the picture? I am very disappointed and I would like a refund, please."

"I went to get a hydration treatment. I have curly, dry hair. They gave me an appointment time, but I wasn't seen until an hour and a half later… so why even bother making an appointment? There were hairdressers standing around chatting amongst themselves, and no one was actually helping me. Then, they didn't even look at my hair to see what kind of treatment I needed; they just used the first one they grabbed. They told me they were going to do a hair "analysis" and explain it to me (they didn't do any of that). They started styling my hair WITH THEIR HANDS, hahaha, excuse me? What kind of professionalism is that? Especially knowing I went there because my hair is super dry, and they style it with their fingers? And on top of that, they were only halfway through, starting at the roots instead of detangling from the ends. Then, they started combing my hair. For the moisturizing treatment, they applied a product all over my hair, and when they did, I wasn't the only one who could use a comb to evenly distribute the product. They didn't use a comb at all. (Obviously, my hair was a little more moisturized after the next wash, but there wasn't much difference.) Terrible service, little interest in the customer, they couldn't care less. I don't plan on going back. My sister went too and agrees with me; we'll never go again."
