"Honestly, this was a terrible hair salon. I went in wanting a layered, U-shaped cut, respecting my natural hair (curly, long, and unstraightened for years), and they ended up cutting it completely straight. I also told them several times that I didn't want my hair straightened because it's curly, but they insisted and finally straightened it anyway before cutting it, leaving me with a straight bob that's nothing like what I asked for. The result is nothing like what I requested. And all this for €45, which I honestly think is a joke for the result."

"AWFUL. The way some of the hairdressers treat you is dreadful, with an air of superiority (although there are a few lovely ones). If you go in with a specific idea in mind, you can be sure you won't leave with it; it will be completely different! This isn't the first time this has happened, both to me and to close friends. Honestly, they charge an EXTREMELY high price for poorly done work. Eyebrow shaping is more of the same; ask for whatever you want, they won't even come close! However, I haven't used their other services (waxing, manicures, or pedicures), and I don't plan to because I won't be back. Thank you."

"I'm really sorry to post this review. My hair looks great, though. That wasn't the problem. I'm now afraid of going to hair salons because the prices they advertise are never accurate. They charged me €77 just for a trim and some dye. And their hidden sales tactics (because you don't realize they're selling you anything) involve keywords that they then charge you for. I told them I didn't want a hair mask because I knew they'd charge me for it, and they still charged me even though they didn't use it. I told them I only wanted a superficial blow-dry so I wouldn't leave with dripping wet hair in the middle of winter. They tried everything because I clearly explained what I wanted, but in the end, it wasn't what they asked for. They also charged me for the supposed "complete blow-dry," even though I had to blow-dry it again when I got home. I understand they have to sell and make money, that's logical; we all have to eat. But the covert strategies where they play word games without clearly stating what they're offering only make the experience of going to the hairdresser, to say the least, tense. I mean, I knew I was going to pay more than the advertised prices. But €77 is outrageous, when in theory I was supposed to pay less than €40 according to the advertised prices… And hey, the result is great. But I think customers deserve honest treatment without tricks. I might go back and complain about the overcharge. But they take advantage of the embarrassment we customers feel about confronting these things right there in the salon. And I think any woman who isn't rich can understand this feeling of going to the hairdresser with fear. Anyway, it's a shame."
