"I am deeply disappointed in my experience at R Estilistas. I went here with high expectations but my hair was completely ruined. First, my hair turned yellow after dyeing it, which was definitely not the color I wanted. In addition, my hair is so badly damaged that it has broken off and burned. It looks terrible and feels like straw. When I went back to the salon to ask for my money back due to this poor treatment, I was treated very unfriendly. They refused to give my money back despite the obvious damage they had caused. I have since had to visit other hairdressers, and they were all shocked at the poor condition of my hair. They confirmed that R Estilistas work was absolutely unacceptable. I ended up having to get extensions to hide the damage, which cost me even more money. I would not recommend anyone to go to R Estilistas. This experience not only cost me a lot of money, but also a lot of stress and sadness. Please find another hairdresser if you care about your hair."
