"I came to get a hair cut after an acquaintance recommended the salon. Being new in Alicante I was worried to find a good hair dresser. But I had an amazing experience! I felt very welcome in the Salon and got a very nice hair cut! The staff is so friendly and take such good care of their clients. Even though my Spanish is not the best, I had a nice exchange with the hair stylist and we could communicate well, a sign of how kind and open the employees are. "While I would love to say the experience was great, that was just not the case. Sure the people are nice and the facilities are good. I asked for a nice blended cut and was left with some massive “holes” in my hair - see picture. I noticed just as I was leaving so came back in to ask about it. I was told in more or less words, “well, that’s the way we cut it based on what you told me. Have a nice day and thanks for coming. I am not a picky person but when a big massive gap of hair is not blended properly on both sides, I wouldn’t give a place like that a very high rating."
