"Very bad, very unprofessional. The second-to-last time I went, I asked for highlights mixed with dye. I've had this done at many salons, and they charge a little more than just highlights. In this case, they charged me the full price for both highlights and dye, which felt like highway robbery. I didn't go back for two years, and last week I returned to get just highlights. Before I knew it, they were toning my hair without even asking if I wanted it or not. I had an itch and a headache from the moment they applied it. They told me it needed toning, and when I looked at my hair, it was awful, so I did have to get it toned, but it was the first time in my life. I've never had to tone my hair before; it always looks good without any additional chemicals. To top it all off, when I got home, my sweatshirt and pants were completely stained. I took them to show him and he didn't even apologize, he just admitted that his sweatshirt might have gotten stained but his pants weren't. Unbelievable! That was the end of it. They ruin your clothes and act like nothing's wrong with that. Never again."

"Disappointing experience. The service was good, but I consider the price exorbitant. 40 euros for bleaching and dyeing two 1cm highlights for a child. Almost 3 hours at the salon. My mistake was not asking about prices beforehand, but I'm leaving this review so you make sure to ask about the time and price before going. I won't be back."

"I went to get balayage highlights... I showed her a picture of what I wanted, more or less in line with my hair color, and she did whatever she wanted. She added tons of blonde highlights from the roots and changed the base color of my hair, which I didn't ask for. She also gave me a haircut that almost left me bald. I wouldn't go back even if you paid me. And it's not cheap. As a result, I had to go to another salon to get it "fixed," as best they could, of course."

"Una peluquería fantástica!!! Me la recomendaron y todo genial. Fui a cortarme el pelo y también a peinarme y salí contentísima, el corte estupendo, el pelo súper bonito y brillante!! Y el trato de las chicas de 10. Súper agradables y la pelu muy acogedora. Muchas gracias a Eva la chica morena que fue quien me hizo el corte , simpatiquisima y muy profesional . Sin duda repetiré y las recomiendo 100×100"
