"Disappointed with the service. The haircut, especially the fade, was not what was requested and did not justify the high price charged. The staff member who attended us came across as unprofessional and somewhat arrogant, and spending time on a mobile phone while customers are present does not create a good impression. As a business owner myself, I believe management should pay closer attention to staff professionalism and customer service standards. This review is intended as constructive feedback, but unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations😒"
