"I'm sorry, but I'm very unhappy. I booked a manicure, and when I arrived, they told me they don't offer gel base coats, but that they would apply one exceptionally. I think you should warn people that you don't offer gel base coats when you book an appointment, because almost everyone uses them these days, and this would avoid misunderstandings. They left my nails extremely thick, lumpy, and uneven. The polish wasn't applied flush, and it looks like I have several days' worth of growth (see photos of my freshly done nails). And they charged me 25 euros, the same as the best nail salons in Albacete. Here are the photos of my 25-euro nails. Very bad :("
