"I've been coming here for years, but I haven't been back since my last visit. Carolina cut my hair. I told her I wanted a straight, bob-style cut, all one length. She recommended subtle layers to add some volume, and I agreed. To my surprise, after drying, the layers looked like uneven, choppy cuts, very sharp and at different lengths, making it impossible to even get the relatively straight cut I wanted. I'm sorry to the other professionals who work there, but I won't be going back, and I certainly won't recommend it."
