"I had no idea that just going in for a consultation about highlights would automatically get you an appointment to have them done! Let me explain: I went with a friend to see Inma (on her recommendation) because I wanted to get highlights for the FIRST TIME, but her "employee" told us that Inma would arrive on Wednesday, but that she'd be there Tuesday morning and I could stop by to ask her questions and she'd recommend a color that would suit me, since my hair is dyed black and a test is needed first. At NO POINT were I given an appointment, time, or anything like that because I needed to be sure I liked the color idea first, and I agreed to come by Tuesday morning as soon as I could to talk to her. Later, I found out she made a scene, saying I was rude for not showing up for my appointment, that she wasn't going to waste an hour of her work time, and so on... with such arrogance and high-handedness... anyway, it's clear I won't be going back and I won't recommend her. Education always comes first, and with that you can get everywhere; nobody is indispensable in this life."
