She also said that any improvement to the blending wouldn't be a touch-up, but rather a "new job" that I would have to pay for (toning what she hadn't toned and "removing three highlights to disguise that" for another €85), even though those aspects were part of what didn't turn out well. She was going to post the result on Instagram, and for some reason, she never did. After trying to discuss it privately several times and sending a final message explaining my position, I received no response, which demonstrates her lack of courtesy and professionalism. I understood that there might be technical limitations, but paying such a large amount for something done poorly and encountering a defensive attitude, without self-criticism, without any willingness to fix it, and without a final response, is unacceptable.
