I came in the door and Francesca just blew me away with the best customer service, and in perfect English! She found time for me only 45 minutes later. She introduced me to Camilla, the best colourist I’ve ever met. Francesca was my interpreter the whole time, and clearly she understood perfectly what I meant even though I hadn’t found the perfect picture to illlustrate what I wanted. Camilla was incredibly professional and gave me the best head massage while shampooing I’ve ever received. I’m so so happy with the results. This could have gone very wrong and they made my dreams come true!"

Unfortunately, the stylist used outdated techniques that are more suited to methods from 20 years ago, and the result was not at all what I expected. the hair stylist was also unfriendly with no smile. i usually go to other branches which has been much better .Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this branch"
