"My appointment was scheduled for 11:00, but I was only seen at 11:45 because someone had called in sick, which I completely understand. When I booked the appointment for an updo, I specifically asked about the price and was told it would be €50. However, after the appointment, the man at the counter tried to charge me €80. It felt like he assumed I was a tourist and could be overcharged. He was very rude and unprofessional. On a positive note, the young man who did my hair was extremely talented and did an amazing job. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for his name, but he was excellent and very professional. Be cautious at the desk and make sure you’re not overcharged. The service at the counter really let the experience down."

"I went there to dye my hair. Viola, Saberio, and Marta were there that day and they were all very caring and friendly. I don’t speak Italian much and they tried to explain everything for me in English, all the suggestions and explanations about what they were doing and why. Very professional. 👌🏻 The resulting color on my hair was as expected with no damage. Especially that my hair was susceptible to damage since there was many different shades of color on my hair and they had to use bleach to achieve a unicolor result."

"I asked specifically for layers and explained why but instead I got an all one length cut. Im sure it’s a great all one length cut but not what I asked for. I said my parting is at the side and my hair was cut with a middle parting. An extra treatment was added to my bill without having asked me and so then I had to say I just wanted what I booked. I’ve also never had so much of my hair on my face for so much time during a cut. Was quite unpleasant having it all blow dried on top of my face. Disappointed."

"Loved the place, second time in a JLD 💇, the girl who was in charge of my ✂ was lovely and accurate. Unfortunately I didn't have an appointment, I just walked in, then after 5 minutes they were taking care of my hair. Professionals and good price. I really recommend it."
