"Adriano was welcoming, patient and explained every step of the way. They have some lovely extra touches, like herbal teas and a hand massage, but they do push very hard on the upsell. It seems as if every interaction is an opportunity to sell more services, which gets a bit uncomfortable after a while. I also would have appreciated seeing the “after” of the scalp treatment, to see if it actually worked. I’ll likely be back as it was a friendly experience."
