"Wonderful experience! I found this salon on Google Maps and walked in with no appointment and was a welcomed warmly, greeted by the owner and lots of friendly staff, had a quick initial consultation, chose to get root touch up color and a haircut. Alessandro is very talented! Very intuitive and also asked great questions about my preferences, and gave a great massage while shampooing. This haircut is beautiful and I am very happy. I highly recommend this when you’re looking for a really nice, authentic chic Italian hairdressing experience!"

"visited this beauty salon for a styling service on short hair. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The stylist did not really listen to what I wanted and seemed to do everything in their own way. As a result, the final styling was not what I had expected and did not look as good as I had hoped. The owner was very kind and genuinely tried to help, but even he could not fully fix the result of his specialist’s work. At the end, I was charged 95 euros for styling short hair. In my opinion, this was too expensive for the quality of the service I received."

"What a scam. Went there for a blow out, they asked if I wanted a trim, that my hair would look healthier. Never told me the price. When the time came to pay, they charged me €160 ($358 CAD). How is that the price of a trim?? Then of course the staff starts to pretend they don’t understand English and there is nothing I could do but paying or running away. Of course I paid but the result was not even that great, blow out did not even hold more than a few hours. On top of that they were extremely slow. Took 2 hours for a wash, a blow out and a trim. Don’t go there."

"I walked in to make an appointment and they took me right away. THEY ARE THE NICEST PEOPLE! They treated me like a queen and my hair looks fabulous! It's a beautiful salon and Signor Bartorelli and his staff are absolutely wonderful. You will love it!"
