What stood out most was the customer service—Ali took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. My wife also used their eyebrow threading service and was extremely happy with the results. She found the staff to be professional, skilled, and welcoming. It’s not always easy to find a place that combines quality work with such genuine hospitality, especially as a walk-in customer.
