"I went to get a haircut and a deep conditioning treatment. The service was fantastic, and honestly, this is my second time going, and I couldn't be happier. The deep conditioning treatment lasted a long time, and they also gave me lots of tips on how to maintain it. I'm thrilled and would definitely go back."

"I'll begin by recounting my absolute nightmare at this hair salon. I had an appointment and waited 40 minutes (the least of my worries considering the subsequent disaster). I went to donate my hair to a charity, and the hairdresser asked me how much I wanted cut. I replied that I wanted just the right amount (30 cm). She cut the strands for donation, and my hair ended up in a fairly long bob…perfect, exactly what I expected. Then she started washing my hair, and that's when the problems began. She was completely careless with my face, splashing water in my eyes numerous times. Well, everyone makes mistakes, I didn't say anything. Then she started cutting my hair… I suddenly noticed she was cutting extremely small clumps. When I realized it, my hair had shrunk by about 10 cm compared to the donation cut! My hair was a textbook short bob… I told her to stop, that this wasn't what I had asked for. She said it was just because of the layers, that it was still long in the back, but I could clearly see that my hair didn't even reach my shoulders! My almost tearful reaction didn't deter her, as she continued cutting "to even out" the damage already done. Result: a horrendous haircut, longer in the back than in the front, and 10-15 cm shorter than needed for donation! And now for the worst part… despite their complete negligence and my obvious dissatisfaction, they charged me 30 euros!!! 30 euros to ruin my hair??? I still don't know why they charged me such an amount, since the charity haircut costs 5 euros (I had it done at another salon years ago and knew how it worked), and I didn't receive a receipt or invoice… of course, after refusing to accept my card payment. In short: if you want your life ruined by a haircut, go to this place; otherwise, avoid it and cut your own hair at home."

"The service we received from Marimar was wonderful; she's a true specialist, and both my partner and I loved her. The result of my makeover was a two-tone black and fuchsia look, which she achieved with a super glossy finish, and my partner got a haircut that he's thrilled with.
