"I booked a treatment and haircut through Treatwell for about €47. When I arrived, I was told the booking couldn’t be honoured and that just the haircut would be €27. I agreed, but in the end I was charged almost €50 (for just a haircut!) because drying was added separately. This wasn’t explained upfront and left me feeling taken advantage of. Perhaps it’s normal here to not dry hair after cutting, but it wasn’t what I expected, and I won’t be returning."
