"She didn't give me the result I asked for (I've attached a photo showing I wanted balayage, but she ended up doing four highlights without blending them), and the service was rude and unprofessional. The haircut was minimal (just a few strands), and they still charged me €20. The styling cost €45, and she simply dried my hair and ran the straightener over it twice, without ever asking if that was the style I wanted. When I commented, she reacted badly, got angry, and was unpleasant, even in front of other clients. She doesn't accept criticism or act professionally. She told me I should have come in knowing exactly what I wanted (I know nothing about hairdressing), when she, as a professional, is supposed to advise you on what's best for you or at least offer some guidance. It seemed like she wanted to charge me for answering my questions. The final price was very high for the service I received (over €300). I wouldn't go back, and I wouldn't recommend her. €10 hair mask €45 styling €40 toning (which she told me is the same as a root touch-up, which she didn't do the first time I left, so I had to go back because it looked like highlights from the 2000s, and well, I'm not Bad Gyal, so I went back) €160 balayage (just root touch-up because I came with another blonde color) €20 haircut (literally just 3 ends, I told her she hadn't cut any, and she insisted that she had cut quite a lot, which is false.) €30 blow-dry +€15 shampoo For those prices, you expect at least good service, and if the client doesn't like the result, you should resolve it kindly and with care. Instead, she chooses to respond with arrogance and haughtiness in front of every client and her employee. I don't recommend her at all."

"From the very first moment, they treated me incredibly well. And the result has been amazing: the highlights turned out beautifully and very natural. They also corrected the orange tones I had at the ends and evened out my hair color completely. Plus, you can tell they use good products because my hair is soft and healthy. Without a doubt, the best highlights I've ever had... I highly recommend them. A perfect 10!"
