"You can't charge a cancellation fee for a service you can't provide: you don't have enough regular nail polish, it's dried out, there's barely enough for two coats, you don't have a base coat to protect the nails, you don't have quick-drying polish, nothing! You can't charge a cancellation fee for a service you CAN'T provide! Not that I decided not to do it. The nail polishes were all smeared and clumpy. Nobody would get a manicure after seeing your polishes. I wasn't offered nail hardener, only vitamins and top coat, nothing for pre-nail care like they offer everywhere else. No, the service couldn't be done properly. There are three colors, more bottles, but they're half-dried and half-used. Honestly, be honest, that service couldn't be done if you're aiming to provide a good service and not a shoddy job."
